Our Adoptable Pet of the Week: Penny!
My name is Penny and I am your “Adoptable Pet of the Week!”!
It is SO nice to meet you! Let me tell you a little bit about me! I am a beautiful, five-year old Pitbull mix. I was found as a stray and brought here to the shelter. My friends here at the shelter tell me that I will be crashing here for a while, until I find my forever home anyway. I know they say that first impressions are important, but if you see me barking in my kennel, please don’t hold that against me. I am just not a fan of shelter life. It can get loud and stressful here and that is why I bark! I am stressed out and sometimes frustrated. However, if you take me out of my kennel, you will find that I am a sweet girl who loves hanging out with my human friends. I also enjoy soft beds, long walks and treats. Treats are awesome and they help me to calm down and focus while I do training exercises, which I also enjoy. I’m a good girl, I promise!I would love to be your forever friend. If you are looking for a friend, too, please come in to see me today!
