Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream
Retail: $52 (here)
Hey guys and dolls! I hope you are having a fabulous day thus far. Today I will be sharing with you my thoughts and review of the Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream.
I placed an order for the Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream the day it was released. I stalked PTR’s instagram to make sure I didn’t miss it and I am SO glad that I did! This product is selling out everywhere! It is currently out of stock at Sephora and Ulta. They cant seem to keep it on the shelves! However, at the time of this post you can purchase it directly from Peter Thomas Roth’s website.
This description of the Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream comes directly from the product info: “Drench your skin with a liquid cloud of pure, endless moisture drawn right from the atmosphere. This concentrated 30% Hyaluronic Acid cream transforms atmospheric vapor into fresh, pure water from the clouds, providing your skin with a continuous burst of intense hydration that lasts up to 72 hours. Three molecular sizes of Hyaluronic Acid, a potent hydrator that constantly attracts and retains up to 1,000 times its weight in water from moisture in the atmosphere, to helps replenish skin and make it appear more supple, full and smooth. Ceramides help lock in moisture while ProHyal+® helps improve hydration for healthier-looking skin. Anti-oxidant-rich Elderberry helps defy the look of aging. The appearance of fine lines and wrinkles is visibly reduced, leaving a silky, hydrated and more youthful-looking complexion. Oil-free, alcohol-free, fragrance-free.”
Peter Thomas Roth is a brand that I really enjoy. I use a lot of their products. In reference to the Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream, I can’t exactly speak to all of the scientific processes this moisturizer is said to do or to the reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. However, based on using this product for the last two weeks I will say that I really like this cream! It is light and blends right in to my skin. Some creams sit on top of your face and/or feel greasy but this does not. It blends right in and feels so soft, airy and light. I have used it in the morning and in the evening. It is very effective for my dry skin and when I say I am dry, I AM DRY!
The price point at $52.00 which is surely not cheap. Fortunately, a little bit goes a long way with this moisturizer. For that reason, for me it is worth it price. This is a cream that would be good for sensitive skin too. I have added this to my rotation in conjunction with the Peter Thomas Roth 24K Gold Pure Luxury Lift & Firm Mask & Hydragel Eye Patches. Read my review on the 24K products, here.
In conclusion, I would say, if you are on the fence, go for it! Sephora offers free samples of any product you request, so if you don’t want to buy it, there is always that option. If you buy and are unsure, save your receipt! Sephora has a great return policy.
